Shipping to Australia

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 or a $12.99 flat rate on all other orders for both New Zealand & Australia.

All Australia orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC via AU Post.

We aim to have your order packed within 1-3 working days and shipped within 7 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been received, you can expect your order to be delivered within the following timeframes:

  • VIC delivered within 2-4 business days after
  • NSW delivered within 3-4 business days after dispatch
  • QLD delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch
  • SA delivered within 3-4 business days after dispatch
  • WA delivered within 6-9 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on public holidays and during peak holidays or sale seasons. Some rural deliveries may take longer. PO Boxes and Parcel lockers are accepted.

 

 

Shipping to New Zealand

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 or a $12.99 flat rate on all other orders for both New Zealand & Australia.

All New Zealand orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Auckland via PostHaste.

We aim to have your order packed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 4 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been received, you can expect your order to be delivered within the following timeframes:

  • Auckland - delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • North Island - delivered within 2-3 business days after dispatch
  • South Island - delivered within 2-4 business days after dispatch
  • Rural - please allow a further 2-4 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on public holidays and during peak holidays or sale seasons. Some rural deliveries may take longer. We do not accept PO Box or Parcel locker addresses.

 

 

Shipping to United Kingdom

Standard and Express services are available, with shipping fees calculated at checkout when you enter your shipping address. 

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, VIC, Australia via Australia Post. 

  • Express shipping: Dispatched within 24 hours. 
  • Deliveries to mainland United Kingdom within 3-5 business days* after your order is dispatched.  
  • Standard shipping: Dispatched within 2-3 business days. 
  • Deliveries to mainland United Kingdom within 4-7 business days* after your order is dispatched.  
  • Please allow for additional processing time during periods with high order volumes such as promotional or busy seasonal periods.  
  • Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. If you notice a delay with your order, we are happy to provide further assistance and can lodge an enquiry on your behalf. 
  • Please note we do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes. 
  • All standard and express deliveries require a signature upon receipt. 
  • *Some rural deliveries may take longer.  

 

In the event of a redirection back to the sender due to failed delivery at no fault of the sender, additional shipping costs and import fees required for the return to sender will be charged to the receiver. Any refunds issued in association with such redirections will be made less any freight on export, freight on re-import, customs taxes, duties, fees and charges. Any re-shipment of returned orders will incur an additional shipping cost. 

 

DUTIES & TAXES 

For all United Kingdom orders, import or customs duties (including GST and VAT) may be charged once the order reaches the destination country and must be paid by the person placing the order. We will not refund your order if you do not want to pay the import or customs duty. Customs duties and policies vary per country, you can see what the thresholds are for your country via this link. Please note this also may impact delivery timings.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
Returned goods must be in un-used condition with packaging and order confirmation included.
Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged Items

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you. However if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us here and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the credit card you purchased with.
